In times past, the “Gauchos” on the Estancias”, the South Brazilian cattle ranches, cooked their meat in the open air on spits above a charcoal or wood fire.
This is the South Brazilian method of grilling meat. This lead to the opening of the leading Churrascaria in East Africa to create this experience. The steakhouse provides customers with excellent Rodizio service in a charming high energy ambience.
